Senior SCRUM Master (RTE)

Responsible for coordinating multiple cross-functional Agile development teams utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum Framework. Supports a self-organized team to complete Scrum projects. Identifies and removes impediments to progress. Facilitates sprint planning events, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Supports, coaches and mentors team members and facilitates collaborative interactions and events aimed at delivering business value in a Scrum @ Scale environment.
