Partnerships Manager (EMEA)

You will be responsible for developing and scaling transformational partnerships, building executive-level relationships, and managing partner governance and performance metrics. • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer umfassenden Partnerstrategie für die EMEA-Region, die mit den globalen Zielen in Einklang steht.
• Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen auf Führungsebene zu strategischen Partnern, einschließlich GSIs, OEMs, Acquirern, Zahlungsabwicklern und Hyperscalern.
• Leitung der Partnerrekrutierung, -einführung und -schulung sowie der Programme zur Aktivierung von Partnern, die auf die regionalen Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind.
• Willingness to travel globally as needed
• Germany language skills required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Or equivalent experience
• Agile leader who is able to navigate in an entrepreneurial environment, and scale up fintech organisations
• Experience working with diverse partner types, including System Integrators, Referral, OEMs, Resellers, and Technology
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of the banking and financial institutions industry
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful global partner strategies
• 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role within the software industry
• Familiarity with AI, big data, and machine learning technologies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
