Technical Product Manager (CDI)

Join Dipli, a circular economy platform for second-hand electronics. As a Technical Product Manager, you will own the roadmap, prioritize tasks, and drive the delivery of new features and programs. You should have a strong engineering background, at least 5 years of experience in product ownership, and a passion for sustainability.

• Own and prioritize the squad's roadmap and backlog, optimizing resource allocation per sprint.
• Translate business requirements into precise functional specifications, bridging technical and business aspects.
• Coordinate with various teams and external partners to drive ideas to delivery, tracking performance and aligning stakeholders.

Education

• Engineering school background, mandatory

Experience

• 5+ years post-graduation
• Solid track record in product ownership, with engineering roots you still rely on
• B2B, marketplace, or circular economy / electronics experience is a plus
• Exposure to AI tooling, agents, or automation in a product context is highly recommended

Skills

• Technical literacy: you understand architecture decisions, can review PRs, working knowledge of Python, PHP, or JS
• Comfortable with structured data, performance tracking, and BI tools
• Clear, direct communicator across tech and business stakeholders
