About The Role
Join our team as an Associate Director of Risk, where you'll play a crucial role in some of the biggest infrastructure projects. You'll lead and coordinate effective risk management activities, provide expert advice, facilitate workshops, conduct risk analyses, and produce risk reports. You'll also support business development, client engagement, and talent development. This position offers flexible and remote working options, as well as opportunities for professional development and progression.
- Assurer la livraison réussie des services de gestion des risques de manière cohérente et professionnelle, en visant à dépasser les attentes des clients.
- Diriger et coordonner les activités de gestion des risques pour réduire activement l'exposition au risque et l'incertitude sur les projets et programmes.
- Fournir des conseils d'expert pour développer et mettre en œuvre des approches/systèmes de gestion des risques pour les clients, en intégrant les meilleures pratiques et procédures.
- Experience of working on major infrastructure projects in at least one of the following sub-sectors: rail, energy, highways, aviation, industry and utility sectors
- A recognised diploma or degree or be qualified by experience with a qualification in risk management
- Demonstrate significant experience in all aspects of Risk Management, following ISO31000/
- Awareness of industry risk management tools such as: ARM, Xactium, Primavera Risk Analysis, SafranRisk, @Risk, Risk Predict!
- A good understanding of how risk management integrates with other Project Management and
- A good understanding of the Value Management process and how it is applied on projects
- Project Controls disciplines including cost estimating, project planning and contract administration
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships across the wider teams
- Highly organised and able to prioritise
- Self-motivated and able to work well on your own initiative
- A confident and professional manner, coupled with excellent communication skills, with clients and colleagues alike, to ensure clarity in all situations and to effectively influence
- An analytical thinker, you’ll also be able to show initiative and examples of creativity
- Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to deliver to deadlines
