Cost Controller

Join our team as a Cost Controller, where you will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and reporting on the performance of a group of projects throughout their entire cycle. You will control project cost accounts, provide timely and accurate cost report updates, and analyze time budget variances. Additionally, you will interface with other Project Controls and Cost Controllers, collaborate with the Financial Shared Services Centre, and support the Project Manager in conducting cost risk analysis. A minimum of 10 years of cost control experience and a strong understanding of accruals are required.

• Ouvrir et configurer un groupe de projets, surveiller, contrôler et rendre compte de leur performance tout au long du cycle du projet.
• Contrôler les comptes de coûts du projet, coordonner leur ouverture et leur fermeture selon le calendrier et l'état du projet.
• Fournir des rapports réguliers sur l'état des coûts du projet et les écarts de coûts, et recommander des actions correctives.
• Minimum 10 years Cost Control experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Solid understanding of accruals (Client/Vendor)
• University degree (Bachelors)
• Ability to learn new software as per the company standards
• Strong knowledge of the general project controls policies and procedures
• Solid report writing, communication and presentation skills
• Effective problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach
• Strong organizational skills are required with attention to details
• Ability to work well with Clients and Alliance partners
• Proficient in MS office suite of software, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Query and Power BI
• Ability to establish priorities and work under pressure to meet project deadlines
