Cost Controller

Join our team as a Cost Controller, where you will develop, maintain, and improve project cost control systems and processes. You will track and analyze project expenditures, support earned value and project forecasting activities, and collaborate with various stakeholders to align project cost and schedule information. Additionally, you will assist in financial transactions, invoice processing, and month-end reporting activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Develop, maintain, and improve project cost control systems, processes, and procedures; set up and maintain projects in cost control systems.
• Track, analyze, and report project expenditures against budgets, forecasts, and commitments; maintain cost accounts, budgets, actuals, accruals, commitments.
• Support earned value, progress, productivity, cash flow, EAC, ETC, and project forecasting activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual updates.
• Understanding of project controls processes, earned value management (EVM), and change management practices
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of project cost control principles, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Proficiency in project controls and financial reporting systems, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• 1-2 years of previous experience in a Cost Controller or related role
