About The Role

Join AtkinsRéalis as a Junior Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor and strategic collaborator, helping to shape a workplace where people thrive. You will work closely with leaders and teams to align people strategies with business goals, foster a culture of inclusion and growth, and ensure a seamless employee experience. You will also support various HR processes, stay current on employment legislation, and lead initiatives to boost employee engagement and strengthen company culture.

  • Collaborer avec les leaders d'entreprise pour identifier et prioriser les capacités organisationnelles, les comportements et les structures qui soutiennent les objectifs stratégiques.

  • French oral and written skills will be considered a strong asset as the role interacts across Canada
  • Strong data management skills with proficiency in Excel
  • 1-2 years maximum of proven experience as a generalist in HR
  • Collaborative team player with demonstrated professional and emotional maturity and judgment to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy, tact, and high ethical standards
  • Knowledge of unionized environment, investigations, grievance and will be considered an asset
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to take clear, concise, and impartial meeting minutes in sensitive or confidential environments
  • Identify and escalate complex, high-risk, or sensitive matters to Sr. HRBP in a timely manner
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Proven ability to collaborate, negotiate, facilitate, and resolve conflicts
  • Strong attention to details with ability to capture key discussion points, decisions and follow up actions
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development
  • Ability to deal with competing priorities and manage time appropriately with minimal supervision
  • Recent Bachelor's Degree in Human ressources from a recognized post-secondary institution
