About The Role

Join our Secure Government division as a Project Manager, where you'll drive digital transformation and innovative operations for organizations. You'll work directly with clients, manage work packages or small-to-medium projects, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project outcomes. Strong stakeholder engagement, written communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with experience in structured or agile environments and a commercial understanding of project financials.

  • Manage and lead defined work packages or small-to-medium projects, ensuring delivery meets agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Work directly with clients to shape delivery approaches, manage risks and dependencies across delivery activities, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project outcomes.
  • Operate with autonomy while maintaining strong delivery discipline, representing the Transformation Solution Practice and building client confidence.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, building trusted relationships
  • Strong written communication, producing high‑quality reports and deliverables
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and shaping delivery approaches
  • Experience working in Defence, Transportation, Aviation, Water or Nuclear & Power Renewables is desirable
  • Proven experience delivering work packages or projects within structured or agile environments
  • Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget and quality to meet client expectations
  • Confidence analysing project data and presenting insights clearly
  • Strong facilitation skills across meetings, workshops and delivery sessions
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrable experience of leading diverse technical specialists across a complex supply chain
  • Ability to anticipate risks, manage dependencies and support mitigations
  • Commercial understanding of project financials, contracts and supply chain impacts. Understanding/experience of NEC4 contracts and CEMAR would be beneficial
