Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager

Join our Enhancements team as a Project/Senior Project Manager, where you will lead the delivery of multi-million pound rail infrastructure projects. You will manage our experienced design and delivery organizations in the UK, ensuring that AtkinsRéalis is the first choice for our clients. The role involves overseeing multiple projects, managing key client accounts, and promoting safety standards. You should have significant experience in managing complex multidisciplinary design projects and strong communication and leadership skills.

• Manage and deliver multi-million rail infrastructure projects and programmes of works across the portfolio, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead the win work process in bid management, securing future opportunities and growth for the company.
• Establish and build relationships with Alliance partners, key suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to enhance collaboration and project success.
• Experience of managing complex multidisciplinary design projects working within multidisciplinary teams across a wide array of GRIP/PACE stages
• Good communication, teamwork, negotiation, conflict management and leadership skills
• Significant experience in the management of Multi-disciplinary Railway Engineering Design
• Strong client and industry connections to harness future opportunities and growth
• Able to establish and build relationships with suppliers, client/contractors and internal stakeholders
• Qualifications and membership to the Association for Project Management or relevant Engineering body
