Risk Manager / Senior Risk Manager

Join our team as a Risk Manager/Senior Risk Manager and be a part of transformative infrastructure projects that make a positive impact on communities. You will be responsible for implementing effective risk management activities, facilitating workshops, conducting risk analyses, and producing risk reports. You should have experience in major infrastructure projects, a qualification in risk management, and strong communication and organizational skills.

• Assurer la livraison réussie des services de gestion des risques de manière cohérente et professionnelle, en visant à dépasser les attentes des clients.
• Mettre en œuvre des activités de gestion des risques efficaces pour réduire activement l'exposition au risque et l'incertitude sur les projets et programmes.
• Faciliter des ateliers et s'engager avec les équipes de projet pour garantir la mise en œuvre efficace de la gestion des risques.
• Experience of working on major infrastructure projects in at least one of the following sectors: Transportation, Energy, or Infrastructure
• A recognised diploma or degree or be qualified by experience with a qualification in risk management
• Demonstrate competency with implementing Risk Management processes aligned with ISO31000/ Institute of Risk Management / Association of Project Management methodologies including but not limited to:
• An understanding of how risk management integrates with other Project Management and Project Controls disciplines including cost estimating, project planning and contract administration
• Awareness of industry risk management tools such as: ARM, Xactium, Primavera Risk Analysis, SafranRisk, @Risk, Risk Predict!
• An understanding of the Value Management process and how it is applied on projects
• Highly organised and able to prioritise
• A confident and professional manner, coupled with excellent communication skills, with clients and colleagues alike, to ensure clarity in all situations and to effectively influence
• An analytical thinker, you’ll also be able to show initiative and examples of creativity
• Self-motivated and able to work well on your own initiative
• Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to deliver to deadlines
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships across the wider teams
