Senior Lead Creative

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Lead Creative, where you'll lead the creative development and execution of multi-channel projects, collaborate closely with the Principal Creative, and provide guidance and support to junior designers. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting, cross-disciplinary projects in a fast-paced and progressive environment. Your strong creative vision and talent for communication will be key to your success in this role.

• Lead and oversee the creative development and execution of multi-channel projects from concept through to final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the Principal Creative to align work with the broader creative vision and strategy, and provide guidance and support to junior designers.
• Communicate with new and existing clients to maintain an agency level of design and technical support, and help develop future work pipelines through client engagement.
• UX/UI Design - desirable
• A passion for design and digital technology with an outstanding eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Strong conceptual thinker and visual storyteller with a refined design aesthetic
• Proficient in creative software tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
• Highly organised and capable of juggling multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Advanced skills in branding, layout, typography, and digital design
• Team player, able to build excellent client relationships through thought leadership, outstanding creativity and proactive and reactive problem solving
• Confident communicator and presenter, able to sell ideas and provide constructive feedback
• Natural leadership abilities, with experience managing creatives and guiding projects
• Previous experience working in large-scale mixed discipline projects
