About The Role

Join AtkinsRéalis as a Senior Project Manager in the Nuclear New Build business. Lead complex and high-impact engineering projects, including Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, Small Modular Reactors, and Fusion projects. Build relationships with key stakeholders, contribute to shaping delivery strategy, and drive projects that support a cleaner, zero-carbon future. This role offers flexibility across office locations and client sites, with opportunities for travel.

  • Lead and support delivery across major programmes such as Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, Small Modular Reactors, and Fusion projects.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across the nuclear sector, leveraging established partnerships.
  • Contribute to shaping delivery strategy and execution across Nuclear New Build programmes, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
  • You bring a proactive and adaptable mindset, able to anticipate challenges and apply a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach
  • You’re confident navigating the commercial aspects of project delivery, including cost, risk, change control, and overall financial performance
  • You bring strong experience in delivering large-scale or multi-million-pound projects, with a sense of ownership for outcomes and performance
  • You’re motivated by continuous learning and growth, while also supporting and guiding others within multidisciplinary teams
  • You bring familiarity with, or openness to using, project management tools and systems such as MS Project, stage gate processes, or equivalent platforms
  • You are confident in managing quality and delivery performance, and enjoy applying structured project management approaches to achieve successful outcomes
  • You feel comfortable responding to client needs and opportunities, including leading or contributing to bid preparation across a range of technical areas
  • You enjoy working in dynamic and diverse project environments, and communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
