Client Implementation Lead - Operations

• Coaching and supporting leaders in effectively managing the Kraken operating model and providing continuous support to team members.
• Setting up key operational processes within the client, including scheduling, skills academy, and functional processes like billing.
• Championing the Kraken model, communicating best practices and key behavioral principles to clients, and leading by example in recruitment and talent identification.
