Client Delivery Lead (Billing)

Join Kraken, a technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system. As a Client Delivery Lead, you will manage the relationship with client counterparts, be the first point of contact for tech development, and support the engineering team to deliver product features. You will work closely with Kraken's product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a link to the client. This is a hands-on, individual contributor position based in Europe, with travel expected.

• Managing the relationship with client counterparts, acting as the first point of contact for tech development and escalation.
• Triaging incoming requests, communicating client priorities internally, and summarizing client needs to enable ongoing development.
• Supporting the engineering team to deliver product features, challenging the client to think differently about tech development.
