Commercial and Tech Counsel

Join Kraken, a technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system. As a Commercial and Tech Counsel, you will manage SaaS agreements, oversee partnership agreements, handle vendor and software licensing arrangements, provide day-to-day legal advice, and support international expansion. You should have in-house experience, a background in commercial law, and be a fully qualified lawyer from the U.S. with at least five years of post-qualification legal experience.

• Manage SaaS agreements, negotiate and draft contracts to ensure compliance.
• Oversee partnership agreements, work closely with teams to structure and execute strategic partnerships.
• Provide day-to-day legal advice on a wide range of matters including data protection, competition law, compliance, employment issues, and intellectual property concerns.
