Learning Systems Manager

Join Kraken, a technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system. As a Learning Systems Manager, you will own and lead the global management of Kraken's learning platform ecosystem, Docebo. You will work closely with various teams to ensure a seamless user experience and support client organizations during onboarding and deployment of the Kraken platform. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on implementation, with a focus on optimizing the platform and enhancing the learner experience.

• Gérer et optimiser la plateforme d'apprentissage Docebo à l'échelle mondiale, y compris la configuration, les flux de travail, la gouvernance et l'optimisation.
• Concevoir et maintenir une architecture de contenu évolutive qui soutient l'intégration, le développement des compétences et l'apprentissage technique.
• Collaborer avec les partenaires d'apprentissage et les experts en la matière pour structurer, publier, héberger et suivre l'apprentissage au sein de la plateforme.
