About The Role

Join Kraken, a technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system. As the Client Implementation Delivery Lead, you will manage a tech domain for client projects, working closely with technology and operational teams to deliver results. You will be the first point of contact for tech development, triaging incoming requests, and supporting the engineering team. This is a hands-on, individual contributor position based in North America, with travel expected.

Managing the relationship with client counterparts, acting as the first point of contact for tech development and escalation.
Triaging incoming requests, communicating client priorities internally, and summarizing client needs to enable ongoing development.
Supporting the engineering team to deliver product features, challenging the client to think differently about tech development.
