Senior Client Delivery Lead - Residential Flex (f/m/d)

Join Kraken, a technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system. As a Senior Client Delivery Lead, you will manage the end-to-end implementation of our Residential Flexibility product for enterprise clients. You will work closely with technology and operational teams at Kraken, as well as the client, to deliver results and drive progress. This is a hands-on, individual contributor position based in Munich, London, or Paris.

• Managing the relationship with enterprise client counterparts, acting as the first point of contact for tech development and escalation.
• Triaging incoming requests, communicating client priorities internally, and summarizing client needs to enable ongoing development.
• Supporting the engineering team to deliver product features, challenging the client to think differently about tech development.
