You will lead roadmap planning and delivery for Country Markets, drive cross-product work, monitor evolving market needs, and manage a small product or feature set. This role is essential to ensuring that Kraken can operate seamlessly in each of the countries and territories we have clients.

Lead roadmap planning and delivery for Country Markets, ensuring priorities, dependencies, and timelines are aligned across teams.
Drive cross-product work to move countries onto global products, acting as the main coordination point between Country Tech Teams and global Product Managers.
Monitor evolving market needs, regulations, and opportunities for new local or global products, partnering with global Product Managers to design scalable, compliant solutions.
