GTM Recruiter (Contract to Hire)

Join Cockroach Labs as a GTM Recruiter, where you'll own the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-level roles in the GTM organization. This contract-to-hire position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and success. You'll build consultative partnerships with hiring managers, source candidates proactively, and ensure a high bar for candidate experience.

• Own full-cycle searches across mid-level GTM roles, from intake through close.
• Build consultative partnerships with hiring managers — set expectations, share market data, and push back when needed.
• Source proactively beyond inbound across LinkedIn, referrals, talent mapping, and community channels.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools
• Strong proactive sourcing skills, especially for high-velocity pipelines
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
• Proven track record hiring GTM roles in a competitive market
• Data-informed — you know your funnel and use it to drive better conversations
• Clear, direct communicator with hiring managers and candidates alike
