Senior Corporate Accountant

Join our growing Accounting team as a Senior Corporate Accountant. In this role, you will be responsible for general ledger accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, SOX compliance, and other ad hoc tasks. You will execute monthly accounting close activities, perform reconciliations, coordinate with external auditors, ensure compliance with SOX requirements, support the external reporting process, assist with technical accounting research, and support international compliance efforts. You will also proactively identify issues, drive continuous improvement, assist in special projects, participate in system testing, and take on ad hoc projects to streamline and scale accounting operations.

• Perform general ledger accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, SOX compliance, and other ad hoc tasks.
• Coordinate and assist with external audit requests, ensure compliance with SOX requirements, and maintain effective internal controls.
• Support the external reporting process and SEC filing deadlines, assist with technical accounting research and documentation of new accounting policies and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
• Solid GL accounting experience
• Business acumen and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve competing business issues
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within tight deadlines
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Experience with lease accounting (ASC 842) and fixed asset accounting is a plus
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Proficiency with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a strong plus
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• 4–6 years of overall accounting experience; CPA preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• System implementation experience is a plus
