Senior Technical Partner Marketing Manager

Join Cockroach Labs as a Senior Technical Partner Marketing Manager. In this role, you will shape and amplify the narrative across CockroachDB's partner and ISV ecosystem. You will create compelling content, thought leadership, developer programs, and go-to-market campaigns that drive awareness and adoption. You will also serve as a public-facing voice for Cockroach Labs and help position CockroachDB as the trusted data layer for AI-native and modern applications.

• Own the Partner Marketing Narrative and lead go-to-market storytelling for strategic technology partners across cloud, AI, and ISV ecosystems.
• Create technical content, co-marketing campaigns, and developer-facing assets that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.
• Serve as a public-facing voice for Cockroach Labs across social channels, webinars, events, and developer communities, building credibility with technical audiences.
• Comfort collaborating closely with engineering and product teams
• 5+ years of experience in technical marketing, developer relations, partner marketing, or content marketing in a B2B technology company
• Track record of creating content that drives measurable developer engagement or pipeline
• Ability to plan and execute webinars, workshops, and virtual programs independently
• A self-starter mentality. You don't wait for a brief. You go find the story
• Experience working with cloud platforms, APIs, databases, or infrastructure products
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to create content for developer and engineering audiences
• Experience marketing to developers or within developer ecosystems
• Background in AI/ML ecosystem partnerships or ISV marketing
• Familiarity with databases, distributed systems, or cloud-native infrastructure
• Experience with dev rel community building (forums, Discord, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
