• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Systems Engineers supporting strategic enterprise customers.
• Drive technical strategy and execution across data resilience, cyber recovery, cloud, security, and AI-driven initiatives.
• Align Field Sales, Systems Engineers, Specialists, and customer technical stakeholders around a unified technical and go-to-market plan.
• Executive-level communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure, data platforms, security, cyber resilience, and cloud architectures
• Proven success influencing outcomes across complex enterprise accounts and highly matrixed organizations
• 15+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise technology leadership roles
• 8+ years of experience leading managers or senior technical professionals in customer-facing environments
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise technical sales organizations
• Deep understanding of AI readiness, data governance, and regulatory compliance challenges
• Knowledge of DSPM, data security, privacy, and risk management frameworks
• Experience developing repeatable go-to-market and technical engagement strategies
• Strong relationships within enterprise customer, partner, and alliance ecosystems
