About The Role

Join our team as a Staff Product Manager (Connectors) and take ownership of the vision, strategy, and execution for a scalable connector framework. In this highly technical individual contributor role, you will drive complex connector initiatives from technical strategy to customer adoption and measurable outcomes. You will define and drive product strategy for the connector ecosystem, own the connector framework architecture, lead the development of core capabilities, and define and operationalize success metrics.   • Proven ability to drive ambiguous, multi-stakeholder initiatives and ship products at scale with backend and platform engineering teams
  • Demonstrated experience with APIs and integration technologies including REST, GraphQL, webhooks, SDKs, and common authentication frameworks
  • 7–10+ years of experience building enterprise software products, including 5+ years in product management for highly technical platforms
  • Strong understanding of data integration, multi-cloud and hybrid deployments, and distributed systems concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence architecture decisions through clear requirements and tradeoff articulation
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience
  • Domain expertise in data security posture management and related workflows such as data discovery, classification, and risk posture
  • Familiarity with enterprise data ecosystems including cloud object stores, data warehouses, datalakes, and SaaS collaboration systems
  • Experience with compliance, privacy, or security domains such as least privilege, data residency, or encryption
  • Background building a partner ecosystem, connector certification programs, or marketplace integrations
