• Drive backend feature delivery and lead a team of engineers through day-to-day execution, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to refine requirements, estimate scope and capacity, and cultivate a high-performing team culture.
• Supervise the team’s day-to-day operations, analyze and establish business requirements, and develop new product features.
• 5+ years of software development in commercial projects
• Good communication skills
• Result-oriented, proactive approach
• Strong knowledge of C#, .Net, Win API, data structures, and algorithms
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, self-control and responsibility
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience as a team leader in a group of 4-5 developers
• English proficiency level sufficient to communicate with international teams
• Technical mindset with great attention to details
