Staff Product Designer (Prototypes)

Join Miro, a leading online collaboration platform, as a Staff Product Designer for our Prototypes product. In this role, you will define the long-term design strategy for Prototyping, shape the future of Miro's Prototype offering, and explore the potential of generative AI in product development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, set the bar for design excellence, and mentor other designers. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of product design experience, a deep understanding of UX practices, and a strong portfolio showcasing user-focused products and strategies.

• Colaborar estrechamente con equipos multifuncionales, incluyendo gestión de productos, diseño UX e ingeniería, para resolver desafíos técnicos complejos y garantizar una transición fluida entre diferentes modos de uso.
• We are looking for an AI Native designer - someone who doesn’t just see AI as a feature, but a fundamental shift in the product development process and ultimately, a massive opportunity
• 10+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-focused roles
• Deep understanding of UX practices, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies
• A proactive and flexible approach, comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment and managing multiple priorities
• A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create clear, user-focused products and strategies. Demonstrating both the impact on user experience and business goals
• At least 2-3 years operating at a Staff / Principal level, with proven ownership of complex initiatives
• Experience working on design tools, editors, or creative software is a massive plus
• Proven experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX design, and engineering, to deliver seamless content solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value of design and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
• A deep understanding of AI, and AI design tooling, and the ability to show you’re leading the charge
