Partner Solutions Engineer

Join Celonis, a leading company in process mining and execution management. As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with Partner Managers to maximize client value through our technology. You will provide deep product expertise, business consulting, and technical consulting to our partners, ensuring they can effectively implement and utilize Celonis solutions. You will also drive the adoption of the latest Celonis features and functionalities among partners and act as a primary point of contact for advisory needs. This role requires a strong foundation in SQL, programming languages such as Python, and experience in IT services, management consulting, or digital transformation.

• Maximizing client value through technology by working alongside Partner Managers.
• Building strong partner relationships and ensuring partners excel in delivering Celonis solutions.
• Providing deep product expertise, business consulting, and advising partners on best practices for Celonis projects.

• Your excellent analytical skills in concert with the ability to interpret business processes and stakeholder management enable you to consult partners and customers in jointly generating business value
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Management & Technology or a related field
• Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders
• 3+ years of experience in IT Services, Management Consulting, Business Process Improvement, Digital Transformation or similar areas
• Strong ability in critical & strategic thinking and problem-solving, helping you to quickly understand business problems and breaking them down into Celonis requirements
• Strong foundation in SQL and proficiency in programming languages such as Python; practical experience leveraging modern AI tools and hyperscaler/data ecosystems for technical engagements
• Self-starter, showing strong ownership, outcome-driven and a life-long learner
• In-depth business process understanding, such as supply chain, financial services, IT service management
• Excellent analytical skills as well as a strong interest or experience in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
• Experience building or utilizing MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for AI interoperability is a plus
• Client-facing Project Management experience in managing multiple projects concurrently is a must, within SaaS is a big plus
