Senior Manager of Cloud & AI Partnerships

Join Celonis, a leading process mining and execution management company, as the Senior Manager of Cloud & AI Partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our global Go-To-Market activities with Databricks, defining the Joint Business Plan, and driving regional execution. You will work closely with senior leadership at both Celonis and Databricks, and support strategic customer pursuits in collaboration with the Celonis field teams. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant work experience in partner management, sales, or business development, and possess strong communication skills in English.

• Define and execute the Joint Business Plan with Databricks, articulating a clear "better together" value proposition.
• Develop and implement the Go-To-Market strategy to achieve joint goals, including the build-out of joint sales motions and programs.
• Direct the creation of sales assets and enablement programs, ensuring that regional teams are equipped with the right resources to drive joint opportunities.
• Strong communication skills, verbally & written in English (Native level)
• Combine the ability to develop a holistic strategy and work on operational day to day tasks to execute that strategy and grow our partnerships
• The ability to excite others and build strong relationships
• Studies in Business Administration / Economics / Information Systems is a preference
• Being able to translate and articulate a joint product value proposition to business stakeholders
• You have a sales mindset and you are Team-oriented & Entrepreneurial
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience in the area of partner management, sales or business development, ideally with Microsoft, AWS or Google Cloud
