Vice President of Product Management (Data Sources)

Join Celonis, a leading enterprise intelligence and process improvement platform. As the Vice President of Product Management (Data Sources), you will define and evolve the Data Core capabilities of the Celonis platform, including data ingestion, storage, processing, and modeling infrastructure. You will lead a high-performing team of product managers, collaborate with engineering, data science, and architecture teams, and drive alignment across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise data needs, modern data architecture, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytical mindset with a passion for data, combined with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong track record of recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing product management teams
• Deep knowledge of modern data architecture, including data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouse patterns, streaming data, and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Experience building and scaling enterprise data platforms at a SaaS or cloud-native company
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and sales teams across time zones
• Ability to translate complex technical data concepts into clear product strategy and customer value
