About The Role

Join our team as a CPQ Program Manager in San Jose, California or Boston, Massachusetts. In this hybrid role, you will be the primary bridge between Product Management, Business Stakeholders, and IT. You will lead the functional design and roadmap for New Product Introduction (NPI) and complex Quote to Cash strategies across our Go-To-Market systems. You will also develop organization-wide architectures and methodologies for sales forecasting, analytics, metrics, quotes and pricing, order management, invoicing, and operations support. Additionally, you will consult with senior and executive business leaders, develop the overall sales operations framework, identify and evaluate new technologies, and provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

  • Serve as the primary bridge between Product Management, Business Stakeholders, and IT, leading the functional design and roadmap for New Product Introduction (NPI) and complex Quote to Cash strategies.
  • Develop organization-wide architectures and methodologies for the design and implementation of processes and tools to provide sales forecasting, analytics and metrics, quotes and pricing, order management, invoicing, and operations support.
  • Consult with senior and executive business leaders to identify relevant analytics, standards and metrics for the assigned areas, and develop overall sales operations framework to meet resource and sales client needs.
  • Experience designing end-to-end processes that scale, particularly with respect to order management and installed base management
  • Experience with EDI and business applications integration tools is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing business processes and solutions
  • Understanding of Project management principles and concepts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Comfortable with SaaS productivity tools such as GSuite, JIRA, SmartSheet, Visio, Slack, etc
  • Extensive knowledge of business applications to support quote-to-invoice processes - Salesforce CRM, Oracle CPQ and SAP ERP
  • BA/BS with emphasis in a related field (Information Systems Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science)
  • Evaluating, selecting, and creating forms of forecasting and planning methodologies to develop guidance for deploying sales and operational resources and activities
  • Ability to effectively communicate sales operations architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels
  • Extensive experience designing and developing business-wide sales operations support systems and solutions
  • Mastery in English and local language
  • History of innovation with examples of developing new technologies and practices for quality systems
  • Extensive expertise in business and sales operations processes and their application to business-wide systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, statistics and problem solving skills
