Senior PCB Layout Automation Engineer

Join our team as a Senior PCB Layout Automation Engineer. In this role, you will design, analyze, develop, modify, and evaluate electrical/electronic parts, components, sub-systems, algorithms, and integrated circuitry for electrical/electronic equipment and other hardware systems. You will conduct feasibility studies, design margin and validation analyses, and empirical testing on new and modified designs. You will also assist in architecture development and assessment, evaluate the reliability of materials, properties, designs, and techniques used in production, and may direct support personnel in the preparation of detailed design, design testing, and prototype fabrication. Additionally, you will lead a project team of other electrical hardware engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions for moderately complex products.

• Collaborer et communiquer avec la direction, les partenaires de développement internes et externalisés concernant l'état de la conception, l'avancement du projet et la résolution des problèmes.
• Designing electronic components, integrated circuitry, and algorithms
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels
• PCB Layout Automation Engineer using electrical design tools and software packages
• 5 years Cadence Allegro SKILL language
• 8 years High Speed technology experience
• 8 years Cadence Allegro experience
• Typically 8+ years of experience
• Using empirical analysis, modelling and testing methodologies to validate component, circuit, and hardware designs and thermal/emissions management
