• You are an experienced Elixir developer (we use Phoenix with Postgres, RabbitMQ, Redis, and Oban)
• Communication: fluent English is a must, Polish is a plus
• You care about architecture and testability. You know how to balance continuous refactoring with delivering new functionalities. You understand how valuable a good automated tests suite is and proactively tend to it
• Some knowledge about frontend development is a plus
• You have a keen eye for details, but also know when to look at the big picture in order to make good product decisions. You have some experience looking at a problem both from the technical and business perspective, and this reflects on the solutions you suggest and build
• You are first and foremost a team player. You know how to support your teammates, but also how to reach out for help when stuck on a complex problem. You welcome opinions and feedback from others and actively contribute to making the team a great environment to work in
