Senior Backend Engineer (Node.js)

• Contribuer à l'évolution de la plateforme Tellent HR en développant et en améliorant les workflows RH essentiels.
• Participer à la prise de décision technique, à la révision du code et à la diffusion des connaissances au sein de l'équipe.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les ingénieurs, les chefs de produit, les équipes QA et les designers pour résoudre les problèmes des clients.
• A product mindset: you're comfortable working with evolving requirements, asking thoughtful questions, balancing technical quality with customer impact, and making pragmatic trade-offs
• Experience with React, or an interest in contributing across the stack when needed
• Senior-level engineering judgment—you know when to refactor, when to optimize, and when shipping the right solution creates the most value
• Curiosity and flexibility—you enjoy learning new technologies and occasionally stepping outside your primary area of expertise
• Extensive experience designing and building scalable backend applications with Node.js
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
