Head of Finance

You will prepare regular financial reports, handle local budgeting and forecasting, and manage daily financial risks. • Implement finance processes in the UK, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Build and execute daily UK finance operations, managing treasury tasks and ensuring FCA compliance.
• Prepare regular financial reports for senior leadership, handling local budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a senior finance role within a regulated financial services or fintech environment
• Understanding of e-money and payment services regulations, including safeguarding, reconciliation, and FCA compliance
• Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical financial practices
• Familiarity with finance and ERP software systems
• Proficiency in accounting, forecasting, and reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred
