As a Talent Partner, you'll play a crucial role in our expansion by leading hiring efforts for our Go-To-Market functions and supporting additional hiring needs across the business. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and improve our hiring processes. This is a high-impact role based in New York, with occasional support for London.

• Lead end-to-end hiring across Go-To-Market functions, from role scoping through to offer.
• Play a key role in hiring exceptional sales talent, from building pipeline through to closing top candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to translate commercial goals into clear, effective hiring plans.
