• Manage full-cycle recruitment for open roles across technical and non-technical functions, partnering with hiring managers to define success profiles and agree on hiring timelines.
• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for hiring managers, providing updates and weekly reports on pipeline progress and market conditions, and supporting structured interviewing practices.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies using a variety of job boards and tools, engaging passive candidates through targeted outreach and maintaining a warm pipeline of candidates.
• Hands-on experience sourcing passive candidates (e.g., via LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools)
• Either experience with or a genuine interest in AI tools for recruiting
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, gained in either an agency or in-house/corporate talent acquisition environment
• Comfortable partnering directly with hiring managers and giving them honest, timely guidance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple open roles at once, with strong organisation and prioritisation skills
