Senior/Staff QA Engineer

As a Senior/Staff QA Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the quality of our SaaS platform. You will have a significant impact on processes, teams, and long-term product stability.

  • Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks that drive the continuous delivery process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate service integrations, test products and systems, and optimize testing strategies.
  • Define testing strategies, quality standards, and best practices across teams, and mentor engineers and QA peers.

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integrations. You know how to design quality checks that deliver fast, reliable feedback and help teams make informed release decisions without creating bottlenecks in pipelines
  • A “Best tool for the job” mentality. You are not a zealot and know that having a hammer does not make everything a nail. You are not afraid to try something new and know how to build consensus and knowledge in the team for new tech and concepts
  • Significant experience in test automation for web applications, and have a strong understanding of modern software development processes. You care about quality across all aspects, and your expertise is guiding the team to succeed
  • You have a deep understanding of testing methodologies(unit, integration, system, end-to-end, contract)and have developed testing strategies for complex systems and microservices
  • Strong expertise in modern automated testing frameworks such as Playwright, WebdriverIO, or Cypress. You have hands-on experience with Typescript andNode.js, and are willing to learn more
  • Working with a remote team is not new to you and is part of your way of working
  • Excellent English communication skills. You work effectively with people from different backgrounds, both technical and non-technical. You are comfortable defending your ideas and challenging others
