Creator Manager (Platform Operations & Governance)

Join PlayStation as a Creator Manager in Platform Operations & Governance. In this role, you will support game creators by building and running operating mechanisms that connect partner insight, policy governance, product priorities, and planning activity. You will coordinate feedback loops, maintain governance registers, support planning cycles, and create reporting and communications on progress. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in operations, governance, product operations, strategy operations, research operations, or related functions, and strong stakeholder management skills.

• 6+ years in operations, governance, product operations, strategy operations, research operations or related functions
• Excellent written communication, synthesis and executive-level briefing skills
• Highly organized, analytical and accountable, with practical risk, dependency and action tracking experience
• Experience managing cross-functional workflows, forums or executive operating rhythms
• Strong judgment in ambiguous, sensitive or fast-moving environments
• Experience in platforms, gaming, media, publishing, partner operations, product operations or insight operations
• Familiarity with partner feedback loops, voice-of-customer processes, research follow-through or planning cadences
• Experience maintaining registers, decision records, trackers, dashboards or governance documentation
