Director of IT Core Infrastructure

Join SIE as the Director of IT Core Infrastructure, where you will lead the strategy, delivery, and operations of foundational infrastructure services. You will be responsible for the performance, security, scalability, reliability, and resilience of Core Infrastructure services. This role requires a strong understanding of infrastructure security, resilience, business continuity, and operational best practices, as well as experience managing global, distributed teams.

• 5+ years of experience managing managers and leading global, distributed teams
• Proven experience operating and evolving large-scale, enterprise infrastructure environments
• Deep expertise across one or more core infrastructure domains (networking, on-prem infrastructure, endpoint management)
• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, networking, or enterprise IT platforms
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations
