About The Role
Join our team as a General Manager, where you will be responsible for the operational management and growth of our interactive digital entertainment game. You will have end-to-end accountability for the product's business performance, including financial results and long-term sustainability. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to set a unified vision and mid-term strategy for the game, and effectively communicate priorities and goals to rally functional leaders around an aligned strategy. Additionally, you will develop and embed the organizational model to ensure the business runs smoothly.

- 15+ years’ experience in general management, including business strategy, organizational design/transformation, HR, financial management and reporting, facility management.
Multiple years' experience leading a mid-size studio, game, or publisher
- Experience in an Executive Producer or General Manager role for a game is strongly desired
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-discipline teams in game development and/or publishing
- Willing to do hands-on work when needed
- Fluent in English
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills
- (post) Master’s degree in Business/Economics, Finance or Human resources
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to build trusted relationships across the organization
- Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills to simplify and resolve complex issues
- Ability to navigate the complexities of multiple stakeholders
- A strong connector to be able to understand what drives employees in the studio, resolve conflicts and facilitate difficult discussions at all levels in the organization
