About The Role

Join SIE as a Manager in the Corporate Development & Finance team. This highly visible role involves supporting C-level decision-making, strategic planning, M&A evaluation and execution, post-investment management, and investor communications. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker, strong executor, and has a keen interest in driving innovation in gaming. Responsibilities include developing executive-level materials, evaluating strategic initiatives, leading cross-functional initiatives, managing multiple projects, supporting investor relations activities, and assisting in due diligence and transaction execution.

  • Support the development and articulation of SIE’s corporate strategy and mid- and long-range planning, including the creation of executive-level materials.
  • Partner with business units to evaluate strategic initiatives, business cases, and capital allocation decisions, and lead or support high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Drive alignment across global stakeholders and functions, manage multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborative, low-ego team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across functions and cultures
  • Experience and/or passion for technology, gaming, media and entertainment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, executive-ready materials
  • BA/BS required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • Strong generalist toolkit with experience spanning strategy, finance, and/or operations
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • 5-8+ years of relevant experience in a highly analytic and strategic role, ideally in investment banking, management consulting, transaction advisory (Big 4 or equivalent), corporate development, strategic finance, investor relations, or similar roles
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including financial modeling and business case development
  • Experience supporting and coordinating executive forums and leadership communications in a fast-paced setting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects autonomously and adapt to evolving business priorities
