Join our dynamic and innovative organization as a Senior Manager of Finance Transformation. In this role, you will lead complex, large-scale Finance transformation programs, manage the future-state Finance Target Operating Model and Service Delivery Model, and drive day-to-day project execution. You will also serve as a primary change agent for your team's projects, ensuring user adoption and minimizing resistance.   • Lead the development and execution of complex, large-scale Finance transformation programs, supporting FTO leadership to translate the CFO vision into actionable roadmaps.
  • Manage and execute the future-state Finance Target Operating Model (TOM) and Service Delivery Model (SDM) as part of the transformation, conducting comprehensive Current-State Assessments (CSA) of Finance processes.
  • Own day-to-day execution of assigned initiatives: develop and manage project plans, and monitor progress to ensure disciplined execution. Serve as a liaison between the Transformation Office and other departments.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), enterprise applications, and IT governance models
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional program management and execution capabilities, able to balance long-term vision with operational delivery
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end Finance process transformation and governance (e.g., Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash), including process standardization, simplification, automation, and Global Process Ownership
  • Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps and deliver measurable business outcomes while managing complex cross-functional initiatives across Finance, IT, HR, Operations, and external partners
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes, Target Operating Models, Service Delivery Models, process governance, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience delivering technology-enabled Finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations, automation, AI/ML, analytics, workflow platforms, and other digital Finance capabilities
  • High digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft 365, AI-enabled productivity tools, analytics platforms, and modern collaboration technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and drive measurable outcomes within complex matrix organizations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and practical solutions
  • Experience managing external consulting firms, system integrators, or business process outsourcing providers; prior management consulting experience (Big Four or similar) supporting Finance transformation is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change management efforts that drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, user adoption, and sustainable business change
  • People management experience, including coaching, developing, and leading high-performing teams in matrixed, global organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across multiple business units, functions, and global regions
  • Deep knowledge of Finance operations, accounting principles, internal controls, Finance transformation methodologies, and data and AI capabilities
  • Experience designing and implementing Finance Target Operating Models (TOM) and Service Delivery Models (SDM), including current-state assessments, work activity analysis, process redesign, and organizational transformation
  • Typically requires 10+ years of progressive experience leading Finance transformation programs, PMO initiatives, or enterprise transformation portfolios, with demonstrated success delivering large-scale, multi-year initiatives
  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • PMP, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (ADKAR), CCMP, or comparable project or change management certification
  • Management consulting experience (Big Four or equivalent) supporting Finance transformation initiatives
