Technical Program Management (Contract)

Join Sony Interactive Entertainment as a Technical Program Manager, where you will lead complex technical initiatives within the quality engineering division. You will work alongside developers, designers, and product owners to ensure test coverage and develop innovative test strategies. Ideal candidates have a deep understanding of quality engineering, technical program management experience, and a background in software development.

• Lead complex technical initiatives that span multiple functionalities within the quality engineering division, ensuring high levels of quality in all deliverables.
• Define deliverables and milestones for cross-team dependencies, develop a comprehensive roadmap for future releases and projects, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks across multiple programs, providing clear and proactive communication to Program Management leadership.
• Deep understanding of quality engineering including shift left/shift right methodologies
• 3+ years of technical program management experience in software development; Network and HW experience a plus
• Proven ability to quickly learn new software
• Technical experience with reviewing software architecture and design
• Experience with program management and issue tracking tools such as Asana and JIRA
• Proven track record of delivering on schedule across complex, multi-team technical programs
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience
• Technical experience in online services. Experience integrating with personal devices, apps on PC, or consoles, a plus
• Experience with KPI development and management
