Senior Solutions Consultant

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and ERP partners, leading discovery sessions, designing tailored demonstrations, and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders. You'll also support strategic sales opportunities, enable partner solution consultants, and contribute to the overall improvement of our sales process and product direction. • Lead discovery sessions focused on business outcomes rather than software features, and understand customer manufacturing processes to recommend solutions that improve supplier collaboration.
• Build trusted relationships with buyers, supply chain leaders, operations teams, IT, and executives, and design tailored demonstrations around each prospect's manufacturing environment.
• Support strategic sales opportunities from discovery through technical validation, and serve as the primary liaison to ERP partner pre-sales organizations.
• Willing to travel approximately 20–30% for customer meetings, conferences, and partner events
• Deep understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing, MRP, production planning, inventory, and supplier collaboration
• ERP experience required; Epicor or Infor strongly preferred. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar manufacturing ERP experience is also valued
• Excellent presentation, discovery, and executive communication skills
• 7+ years of ERP pre-sales, solution consulting, manufacturing technology, or manufacturing operations experience
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience supporting enterprise software sales cycles
