About The Role

Join our Delivery team as a Business Analyst (French Speaking) in either Paris or Cambridge. You will act as the bridge between our AI-powered technology and our global customers, ensuring that our solutions are clearly understood, correctly implemented, and deliver real value in day-to-day operations. You will work closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to understand requirements, translate business needs into clear solutions, and support successful implementation and adoption across complex customer environments. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex AI-driven projects and see your work directly deployed at scale with customers.

Strong ability to gather and translate business requirements into clear outputs
Experience working on software implementation or integration projects
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
Degree in Business, Technology or related discipline
Exposure to technical systems, APIs, or software integrations (not hands-on development)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
2-5 years experience in Business Analysis, Consulting or related role
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in telecoms, utilities, or infrastructure sectors
Understanding of change management and user adoption
Experience in a Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role
Experience working in client-facing environments
