Business Analyst (French Speaking)

Join our Delivery team as a French-speaking Business Analyst. You will act as the bridge between our AI-powered technology and global customers, ensuring clear understanding, correct implementation, and real value in day-to-day operations. You will work closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to understand requirements, translate business needs into clear solutions, and support successful implementation and adoption. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex AI-driven projects and see your work directly deployed at scale with customers.

• Collaborer avec les clients pour recueillir, analyser et documenter les exigences commerciales et les flux de travail, en les traduisant en spécifications fonctionnelles claires.
• Agir en tant que liaison entre les besoins des clients et les équipes techniques, en veillant à ce que les exigences soient bien comprises et que les solutions correspondent aux cas d'utilisation réels.
• Soutenir et faciliter les ateliers clients, les sessions de découverte et les discussions sur les solutions, en construisant une compréhension solide des processus et des défis des clients.
• Experience in a Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role
• Strong ability to gather and translate business requirements into clear outputs
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working on software implementation or integration projects
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working in client-facing environments
• Experience in telecoms, utilities, or infrastructure sectors
• Exposure to technical systems, APIs, or software integrations (not hands-on development)
• Understanding of change management and user adoption
• Degree in Business, Technology or related discipline
• 2-5 years experience in Business Analysis, Consulting or related role
