Senior Software Engineer

Join our AI team as a Senior Backend Engineer with strong DevOps skills. You will be a key contributor to the design, build, and maintenance of our comprehensive ecosystem of AI capabilities. You will own the end-to-end development lifecycle, make critical technical and architectural choices, and serve as the go-to person for DevOps topics. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to R&D topics, including the integration of GenAI technologies into our products.

• 5+ years of proficiency in development
• Professional written and spoken English
• 3+ years of professional experience with web frameworks for building server-side applications in Python (Django, Flask or similar)
• Experience with distributed systems and Docker
• Experience with Linux system and bash scripting
• Great oral and written communication skills, able to present technical concepts to non technical profiles
• Professional experience with SQL and RDBMS technology (PostgreSQL, SQLite, or similar)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Fluent written and spoken French
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great human qualities and a love for teamwork
• Experience with deep learning and/or computer vision
• Experience with GenAi-powered tools for development
• Experience working in an agile software engineering environment (SCRUM, SAFe, or similar)
• Experience guiding and mentoring software engineers
• Master’s degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent industry experience
