Senior Programs and Business Operations Lead (Monthly Stays)

Join Airbnb's Chief Business Officer organization as a Senior Programs and Business Operations Lead. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to grow Airbnb's Monthly Stays offering globally. You will analyze data, deliver strategic recommendations, and build strong relationships with hosts to help them succeed on the platform. • Drive the annual strategy and planning process, including determining business upside and resources needed to deliver that.
• Build tools and equip teams with the relevant data support to make actionable decisions.
• Manage a handful of analysts to support local and regional partners with insights and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong appetite for working with the Airbnb community
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever changing startup environment
• 15+ years experience in strategic roles, consulting, sales leadership or scaling global businesses
• Data driven, can do attitude, strategic thinker and passion for new products and solutions
• Seasoned internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organization skills
• Comfortable with Excel, SQL
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
