Affiliate Marketing Manager

Join Quince, a fast-growing sustainable fashion brand, as an Affiliate Marketing Manager. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for building and executing the affiliate and brand partnerships marketing strategy in the UK market. You will recruit and manage high-performing affiliates and influencers, identify and execute strategic brand partnerships, negotiate commercial terms, and manage relationships with agencies and affiliate technology platforms. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships, and a data-driven mindset.

• Identifying and developing new publishers, influencers, and brand partnerships to drive profitable growth and increase visibility in the UK market.
• Owning and executing the full affiliate and brand partnerships marketing strategy to drive new customer acquisition.
• Recruiting, managing, and optimizing high-performing affiliates and influencers with a focus on incremental revenue and growth by category.
• Comfortable owning strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and experience working with Sigma, Lookr etc
• 4-5 years experience across affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships (experience spanning multiple is a strong plus)
• Proven track record of scaling partnerships that drive measurable business impact
• Experience with affiliate platform (eg. Impact Radius) and multi-product, fashion vertical a strong bonus
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
