Senior/Principal Product Manager (Retention)

Join Quince as a Senior/Principal Product Manager (Retention) and lead the development of world-class retention and CRM capabilities. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Quince's CRM and Retention Technology, collaborate with various teams, and build autonomous systems for personalized communications. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in AI, automation, CRM, and customer engagement platforms, with a passion for using data to drive decision-making.

• Definir la visión del producto, la estrategia y la hoja de ruta para la tecnología de CRM y retención de Quince, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de dirección.
• Colaborar con marketing de retención, ciencia de datos e ingeniería para desarrollar la estrategia de orquestación del ciclo de vida, segmentación de clientes y tecnología de personalización.

• Experience with CRM platforms, ESPs, CDPs, lifecycle automation, experimentation, and personalization tools
• Ability to build AI tools to achieve goals and foster AI adoption across the organization
• 5+ years of experience defining and launching excellent products
